Introduction:Mr. Kunshan Zhou, an economist, was born in September, 1953. </br></br> In 1980, he graduated from the Xiamen University's Economics Department, attained bachelor degree, and become a teacher in that department. Since 1984, he began to work in Xiamen Xinxi-Xindeco Parent Company, and was successively appointed as the general manager assistant, vice- general manager, general manager, and chairman of the board. During this period, Mr. Kunshan Zhou led the staff to adjust internal management organization, livened property, transformed the enterprise from a common state-owned enterprise to a listed company, the first information conception stock in China, in Jan. 1997, and changed the trade company to be a high tech enterprise. </br></br> Mr. Kunshan Zhou, in 1999, sets up the group company subordinate's Xiamen Youthnet Communication Co., Ltd, and became chairman of the board. Mr. Zhou Kun Shan attained the honored tile of "The Principal of the Real Estate Best Selling Output Unit in Fujian Province" in 2000

Introduction:Mr. Lam, senior R&D engineer, was born in January, 1970.</br></br> He graduated from the Fuzhou University's Radio Engineering Department, attained bachelor's degree in1992. From 1992 to 1998, he worked in Recor , Hong Kong, and was successively appointed as the principal of wireless telephone item in R&D department, R&D manager, material control manager and senior manager, and then general manager in Wensonic in Shenzhen from 1998 to 2003. Since 2003, Mr. Lam assumes the General manager of Xiamen Youthnet Communication Co., Ltd. </br></br> Mr. Lam Has more than ten years' experience in IT business management, once was responsible for the product exportation service towards the Middle East, African, and South Asia, and also is skilled in the wireless communication hardware design, many kinds of computer higher-order language, monolithic integrated circuit assembly language.

Introduction:Mr. Chuncheng Zheng, senior R&D engineer, was born in March, 1970.</br></br> Mr. Zhang graduated from Beijing Scientific and Technical University's Wireless Automation Dept., electricity automation specialty, attained bachelor's degree in 1991. He is responsible for the telephone charge calculator system software item, the power source supervisory system software item development in Fuzhou Tristar Intelligence Instrument Plant from 1993 to 1999. Then, worked in Fujian Star-net Communication Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2003, he is familiar with the Route agreement, ATM network, exchange agreement and 802.11 agreements, completed the development of OCX control of modem fax software, and granted the second prize in the group, and take charge of the development of VDSL SWITCH, and joined the development of Windows driving software of transfer USB to serial connection and ADSL ROUTER.</br></br> From 2003 to 2004, he set up his own enterprise to develop wireless ADSL MODEM, to realize the conformity of ATMEL wireless network card and ADSL MODEM. Since June, 2004, he worked in Youthnet, and responsible for the agendum of R&D center and the development of CDMA fixed wireless fax terminal.
