QA/QC Introduction

Our quality policy is "better than the past, better than the competitors' and exceed the user's expectation". The Quality Control Department is responsible for the establishment and implementation of quality control system according to the standard of ISO9001. Consists of QA, QC and Quality System Management, the Quality Control Department has 31 experienced quality engineers, all of which participated in the quality control system interior verification training held by national authentication center and had specialized professional technical qualifications. Their main responsibility includes: formulation of raw material and product quality specification, raw material purchasing, the comprehensive performance test from the entire production process to product allocating, the regular inspection of product stability, regular examination of measurement appliance to guarantee their accuracy, regular analysis of product quality condition and takes the measure to improves the product quality, coordination of various departments to solve product quality problem, and to carry out the ISO quality control system in the company.

The quality control department equipped with specialized equipment such as CUM200 wireless communication testing equipment made in Germany, GDJS-100 high low temperature alternation hot and damp testing box, insulated pressure resistance testing equipment, revelation electric current testing equipment and voice-grade calculator. Each product of Youthnet passes through over ten strict examination procedures before leaving the plant, all the product quality conforms to the enterprise standard.
